Based on my perception and the tutors comments, I can easily create a good rapport with the students through, my regular smile, acknowledgement of their needs, respect and understanding to variety of personalities and the cultural backgrounds. The lead in exercises prepared by me are always precisely on the topic, interesting for every student and engaging. All the exercises and the lessons aims are executed. The appearance of the materials presented have always professional and pleasant look. I always try to ensure that is a balance and variety of activities. During the teaching development process, I have learned how to deploy correctly the detailed language analysis. The exercises deployed during the lessons have always allocated timing which is monitored. I have learned also how to anticipate problems with the language at the work with the students.
I am capable to reflect and evaluate my TP plans quickly and efficiently in the light of the learning process and suggested improvements. Furthermore, I react positively on the feed back provided by the tutors. I help the students to understand the reading and the listening texts and them to produce the oral language. During the lessons, I manage the students well and the virtual classroom keeps always the learning discipline and the order. The lessons always start precisely on time and finish precisely on time.

In addition, I work as a translator/interpreter English-Polish and I speak German language on the upper intermediate level.
