I'll teach you to find mathematics and physics in real life

I am a biophysics postdoc. I have taught and graded eight groups of 22 first-year college students in the USA. My approach is to first guide them with the theory and then supervise them when they execute what they have just learned; preferably in teams. I focus my grading on ensuring that they understood the concept, the details are secondary.
