Ressyl Agad

I am Ressyl, an enthusiastic ESL teacher with over six years of online teaching experience. My students fondly call me "Teacher Happy" because of my warm, energetic, and encouraging approach to learning.

Throughout my career, I have taught learners of all ages and proficiency levels, from young children to professionals. I personalize my lessons to suit each student's goals, whether in conversational English, pronunciation, interview preparation, business English, or structured course materials. I also developed an English interview review program that helped all six of my postgraduate applicants gain admission to their chosen universities, and I have successfully coached IELTS learners with a hundred percent passing rate, each achieving impressive band scores.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language, completed units in Professional Education, and have professional experience as a Training and Development Specialist, which further strengthened my coaching, communication, and learner development skills.
