With my students I like to have an introductory lesson (free of charge) to get to know them and their current level. We then discuss what milestones we want to work towards and organize a realistic lesson plan. The milestones that we will set will be heavily adapted to your preferred learning style as well as your current proficiency in Spanish. My classes are divided into three separate groups: An introductory level (A1/A2), an intermediate level (B1/B2) and finally a fluent level (C1 and higher). We start with a realistic and practical vocabulary and pronunciation course. We then pivot into a more traditional language class, wherein we start learning about the wonderful rules of the Spanish language. Lastly, we turn back around and focus on correct enunciation of all the material that you have learned. Each class is typically around an hour and a half. My teaching style ensures that at each level, students will find that what is being learned can be applied to real world scenarios within Spanish speaking countries or Spanish speaking groups. My course gives you a chance to not only learn the language but also experience Spanish culture from the eyes of a native. I graduated from an international school with the IB. Within those years I have had a lot of experience tutoring and conversing with students that show interest in the language. This is the perfect course for those in need of a summer catch up of the Spanish language. :)
