Experienced in teaching English to learners of various ages and diverse lingual-cultural backgrounds in various international settings, including public schools, private language institutions, and English immersion programs as an English-speaking mentor/volunteer. I have also experimented with different communicative methods for instruction, such as task-based learning with real-world materials, comprehensive drills, and various language learning games. For my teaching philosophy and approach to language teaching, my lessons will be completely learner-centered and context-oriented. My main goal is to help my students gain confidence in communication using English through exposure to everyday-spoken English on a daily basis. To ensure successful and enjoyable learning, my lessons will include engaging communicative icebreakers, warm-ups, cool-offs, language learning games, and even field trips. My students will be able to learn and practice English with both creativity and practicality.
