Hi, If you've ever felt that computers or technology are difficult to understand, don't worry. I'm here to help you learn at your own pace and make the whole experience easier and more enjoyable.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Security and Forensics and have experience working as an ICT trainer and IT consultant. During my time as a trainer, I worked with students who had different levels of computer knowledge. That experience taught me the importance of being patient, listening to students, and explaining things in a way that makes sense to them.

I can help you with computer basics, Microsoft Office, computer hardware and software, networking, IT support and troubleshooting, and introductory cybersecurity. Whether you're a beginner, a student who needs extra support, or someone looking to improve their computer skills for work, we can focus on the topics that are most useful to you.

My lessons are practical and straightforward. I prefer to explain a concept, demonstrate how it works, and then let you practise it yourself. You can ask questions whenever you need to, and we can repeat or approach a topic differently if something isn't clear. There is no pressure to know everything from the beginning.

I also understand that every student has different goals. Before we start, I'd like to know what you want to learn, your current level, and where you need the most help. This will help me prepare lessons that suit you instead of giving you information you may not need.

My aim is simple: to help you understand technology, gain confidence, and develop skills you can use in your studies, at work, or in everyday life.
