Hi, my name is Tony. I am a native English speaker living in Poland. I have been teaching English for 14 years now, both online and in person lessons (although currently only online).

I teach both children and adults, and have helped students prepare for the English Matura exam, as well as all levels of the Cambridge exams.

I use a combination of my own teaching materials, and also prepared course books.

My teaching methodology is to tailor make lessons for the students, to address their particular learning needs, and in a way in which they are most comfortable for learning.

A typical lesson would start with some small talk about the week/weekend. Then there would be an exercise such as a written text to read, or a video to watch.

This would be followed by some exercises in the target language connected with the video/text.

The lesson would finish with some conversation on a topic related to the video/text.

During the lesson I would correct any pronunciation errors, or grammar errors as they occurred. At the end of each lesson I provide a feedback sheet with details of new vocabulary, any errors that were corrected, and audio links to hear the correct pronunciation of any words that were mispronounced.
